| Mackinac Artist Susan Eddy Gave Artwork to Jane Seymour Watercolorist Susan Eddy had promised herself that if she ever had the chance to meet Jane Seymour she would give a painting to her. That opportunity came on October 18 at a showing of Jane Seymour's art at the Ave Maria Fine Art Gallery in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Susan had painted a scene of the Grand Hotel for Jane and brought it along to the Gallery. When she offered it to Ms. Seymour, Jane modestly said, "For me? I noticed it the moment I came in. I don't have any Mackinac Island art." Susan and Jane Seymour posed for photographs together with the painting. Then Jane autographed a poster of her own art for Susan signing it, "To Sue, a wonderful artist. Love, Jane Seymour." Susan had also brought along the photograph of Elise McKenna from the movie "Somewhere In Time" and Jane autographed that as well. Thanks to this event Susan is now exhibiting at the Ave Maria Gallery in Ann Arbor as well as at the Market Street Gallery on Mackinac Island. Susan is a Michigan native, a graduate of Eastern Michigan University, and a big Somewhere in Time fan.
