We spent 1 day on the island 10 years ago and have been wanting to go back ever since. This year we will spend an entire week there. It will be our first real vacation in 22 years and also be the honeymoon we never got to take so many years ago. We are beside ourselves in anticipation!

I was doing some research on the Macinac Islands, and when I saw this website, it blew me away! It gives you so much information, they want have to tell you anything when you get there!! Awesome site!!

This is an awesome site. Mackinac is still the same as I remember it being 22 yrs. ago. It still gives me the same feeling of peace just looking at the photos of the island. I can't wait to get back!

I visited the Island a couple years ago and will go again this year. i am SO looking foward to the getaway. It is a haven for the weary!

Very well done :) I haven't been to Mackinac Island since the 3rd grade xD! Being a proud Michigan native, I hope to one day return to the island and enjoy its beauty! My most memorable experience visiting Mackinac would probably have to be the fudge, and biking around the island. But most definitely the FUDGE! xD

We have been coming for several years now. I have traveled all over and by far my trips to the island are always my favorite. It is truly like stepping back in time.

I used to vacation in Mackinac a lot with my Grandparents. As I've gotten older, the memories have always stayed close to my heart, and I can't wait to introduce my own family to the beauty and fun of this incredible place. There is no where in the world like it...
