My husband and I have been going to "our" island for about 25 years now. We have a trip planned for next weekend. All I have to do is think about it and I get what I call my island butterfly stomach. It is like going home every time. Can't wait to see it all again.

I am a college student planning a trip up there in a few weeks with some of my friends. I have been to Mackinaw many times with my family, but this is the first time on my own. I love it up there, and it's a good place to go, even if you don't have a lot of money for a really expensive vacation. I would recomond staying in Macknaw City and taking the ferry over to the island just for the day. There is so much to do in the city, too!

Hotel Iroquois was PERFECTLY DELIGHTFUL! We had a beautifully decorated room with an awesome balcony/porch to the waterfront view. Dining at the waterfront restaurant was delectable, magical and the icing on the cake. Highly recommendable!!

Our newly found relatives took us to this outstanding place. We hadn’t heard about it before but we love to come back. Cosy atmosphere and beautiful buildings!

I have visited Mackinac Island every summer since i was a little girl. It is my favorite vacation spot and it is a great place to spend time with family and friends! There is so much to see and do, and every year i wish i could spend more time on the island.
