I am 12 years old and been to mackinac 4 TIMES! i love it and cant wait to go back!!! I LOVE THEIR FUDGE. i even found a postcard with the recipe for it and made it at home! :)

Our first time to Mackinac Island! We had a great time-very relaxing! I miss the clip-clop of the horses! Looking forward to returning!

I've been to Mackinac Island twice that I remember, though my parents tell me it was more than that. It's so magical! I love that I don't have to dodge cars, smell that horrible exhaust, listen to the endless noise of the cities (though I don't live in the city, I still work there.)... That's it! I'm buying a cottage there and that's final! Can't wait to go back!

Fall is coming to the islnd once agian..clean crips air, beautuful colors are on their way..island is geting quiet once agian..waiting to slumber in its winter glory...i will miss it..but I keep my memeories and thought in my mind and heart..see you next fall..PLM

Iv been goin to mackinac Island for the last ten years with my mom and aunt. I always look forword to going each year this past year my aunt didnt get to go it sucked and all but i still had fun i just cant wait to go again

I've been to the Island a countless number of times. It's my favorite place in the whole world.We've stayed at many hotels there,but my all time favorite place is the Iroquois!If you save your money all year for your vacation there, believe me it's well worth it!
The one thing I find funny is that a fella named Glen always picks our luggage up from whatever ferry line we take over and to return no matter what hotel we have stayed at, Glen is there to pick our luggage back up to the ferry of our choice! From reading most of the other travelers responses they have had Glen TOO! I really think he is the only Doc Porter on the Island!!! CHEERS for GLEN!!
He deserves a HUMUNGOUS RAISE IN HIS SALARY! HE IS WORTH a MILLION FOR everyone HE HELPS!!! Cheers for Glen!!!

My husband and I were married on Mackinac Island, and were just up there in July for our one year anniversary. We just love it up there so much- I hope to go again next year.
