For the past three summers I have worked and lived on Mackinac Island. I absolutely love it, it's so peaceful and beautiful. The island is more my home than any other place I've ever lived. This is the first summer that I haven't been there, and I can't wait until I can go visit! I recommend everyone to go and visit the island if they can!

I absolutely love Mackinac Island. It is the best place in the whole world! My family and I and my friend always go up there every year. I love the FUDGE! I bikeride the whole way around the island every year! I am also intrigued with the lighthouse on Round Island. I'd like to go there this year as well as Mackinac Island! Thanks for the great times!

My Mom and I always came to the island every year, it was truly a magical paradise for us. Mom has passed on now but still I visit to return to all the magic that mackinac was and still is for me and my mom, even though she is not there in person our memories of this place will live on forever!

I visited this BEAUTIFUL place in 1984, and I think about it often. My husband is from the mid-west and I hope to get back soon to share this with my husband.

Since working on Mackinac Island during the summer of 1986, I have been back every year since then. I think the Island is "Magical" and "Mysterious". The history behind the Island in itself, is unbelievable.
