i grew up on mackinac island, attending the island's public schools and graduating in 2001. i now attend college in denver, co. since i have left mackinac i come back to this web site often to look at the pictures and remind myself of just how beautiful of a place it is. i truly miss it and really look forward to getting back to visit whenever i can. i will always think of it as my home.

I live across the lake from Mackinac Island so I just go there whenever I want. It's really cool there and I have a lot of fun hanging out with my friends.

the iland rocks!
we have about 14 pardes during the summer and the iland is the best!
its fun! just watch your step!

I love Mackinac island it is a very wonderfull place for tourists every year i go i love biking around the island and buying lots of FUDGE ohhhh yaaa ........

We used to live in Grand Rapids and I loved to vacation on Mackinac Island, spring, summer or fall.
It is one of my favorite places..we will be back Memorial weekend.
Can't wait to get there!

I just discovered Mackinac last summer on my way to Sue st. marie. It was so wonderful! i cannot wait to go back again this summer. Its such a great way to step back in time.

mackinaw island is the most breath taking place on earth.i asked my wife to marrie me here 9 year's ago. now we are going to have are 10 anniversary this year. some day your 50 anniversary here to.mackinaw island that can i say.

WE ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE "ISLAND". WE'VE BEEN COMING TO THE ISLAND THE WEEKEND BEFORE MEMORIAL DAY FOR OVER 15 YEARS!!! THE MORE YOU COME TO THE ISLAND THE MORE YOU WANT TO COME BACK. THERE'S SO MUCH TO SEE AND DO. THIS PAST YEAR WE DID THE BRIDGE WALK ON LABOR DAY - WHAT AN EXPERIENCE!!!

I come to the island at least once(sometimes twice) every year with my grandparents. It is one of the most amusing places ever. There is so much history behind everything. You should go at least once in your lifetime. It is so peaceful and the only place I know of without cars. You can look at the stars every night without anything in the way. Sometimes there are shooting stars too! It's awesome...you should go!
