To confirm your reservation you must deposit an amount equal to one night's rent within one week of the date your reservation is made.
To cancel a reservation, please cancel with 2 weeks notice prior to your set reservation date; deposits will be refunded. When cancellation notice is less than 14 days, deposit will be refunded only if room is re-rented. Special refund arrangements apply when renting 3 or more rooms. All refunds are subject to a $10 service charge.
Deposits are applied to the last day of your confirmed stay. Balance of rental payment is made at check-in. The deposit will be forfeited if the guest arrives after the first day of the reservation, and the subsequent days cancelled unless notification is recieved to hold the room.
Check-in after 3 P.M. (unless special arrangements have been made). Check-out before 11 A.M. For your convenience, we will hold luggage before and after room occupancy.
Additional guests $10 each; cots and cribs availible. Children are welcome. No Pets. Rates subject to 6% Michigan Sales Tax. No credit cards please.
Policy: We invite those wishing to smoke to do so on the porches or in the yard. We request that food be eaten only in the dining room, parlors, or on the porches.
All rooms have use of two open porches and a screened porch.
