M.l.R.D. proudly presents to you our 24th calendar, the 2008 "Seasons of Mackinac." Our beautiful MIRD calendars have become the best fund-raiser for our organization. The proceeds from the calendar sales have contributed to the development of Great Turtle Park and the improvement of the Island's recreational programs.

People of all ages have enjoyed the facilities at Great Turtle Park along with the restful atmosphere for over 20 years and we hope to continue in this tradition while setting our sights on a new goal. The recreation program has been funded with a collaboration of community fund-raisers and government budgeted funds.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank all the businesses that support the calendar with advertising, those that sell the calendar for us, and all of our annual customers. Without your generous contributions and community support the park could not have become a reality and our recreation plan could not continue to proceed.
